摘要: 自然杀伤细胞(NK细胞)可通过MHC I类分子非依赖地泛特异性识别肿瘤细胞,不需致敏、杀伤快,使其在肿瘤免疫治疗中具有突出的特点和巨大的应用潜力.NK细胞和T细胞为体内的两类具杀伤活性效应的细胞,但分别为天然免疫和获得性免疫细胞,在识别和杀伤肿瘤细胞上各具特点.另外,NK细胞具有调节T细胞免疫应答及肿瘤微环境的作用.因此,特别是在抗肿瘤方面,两者具有优势互补和协同作用.前期研究显示,NK细胞尤其在造血系统恶性肿瘤治疗中展现出突出的疗效及安全性.本文综述了目前NK细胞临床免疫治疗的疗效及应用面临的挑战.相信随着针对NK细胞的免疫治疗技术的突破和药物的开发应用,肿瘤免疫治疗水平必将推向新的高峰.

Abstract: Natural killer cells recognize malignant cells through MHC I-independent mechanism, with no requirements of pre-sensitizing and being capable of quick killing target cells, which gives them a strong potential in cancer immunotherapy. Both NK and T cells are effect cells with killing property in the human body, but they are distinct by classification as innate and adoptive immunity, using different mechanisms to recognize the target cells. Additionally, NK cells can regulate T cell response and modulate tumor microenvironments. Therefore, the combination of NK and T cells could produce synergistic effects in cancer immunotherapy with their own properties.
