摘要/Abstract

摘要： 基于外部性理论、新古典增长理论和内生增长理论，根据中国2008~2012年科技企业孵化器及所在省会城市的面板数据，运用σ收敛和β收敛方法探讨中国科技企业孵化器对区域经济和创新收敛性的影响.结果显示，无论是全国范围还是东中西分区域考虑，中国区域经济都呈现收敛性，且西部地区的收敛程度要明显高于东部和中部地区，但科技企业孵化器对区域经济收敛的作用并不显著.同样，无论是全国范围还是东中西分区域，中国区域创新水平都呈现收敛性，且中部地区的收敛程度要明显高于东部和西部地区，同时，科技企业孵化器进一步加速了区域创新的收敛性，这一作用在西部地区尤其显著.最后，在分析的基础上提出了相应的对策建议.

Abstract: The influences of technology business incubators on both regional economic convergence and regional innovative convergence were examined based on the panel data of Chinese national technology business incubators and the provincial capital cities that hosted them from 2008 to 2012, via σ and β convergence analysis. The results indicated that there existed economic convergence both nationwide and in different regions (i.e., east, midland and west), especially in the case of the eastern region. However, technology business incubators do not contribute to economic convergence. Similarly, there existed innovation convergence both nationwide and in different regions (i.e., east, midland and west), especially in the case of the midland region. Moreover, technology business incubators speeded up the convergence process of innovative ability, especially in the case of the western regions. The relevant policy proposals were given at last based on these findings.
