玻璃微球含量对乳化炸药水下爆炸能量的影响研究

Influence of glass microspheres content on underwater explosion energy of emulsion explosives

摘要: 为了研究玻璃微球含量对乳化炸药水下爆炸能量的影响,分别在乳胶基质中外加2%,3%,4%,5%,6%的玻璃微球,制得5种乳化炸药,在相同的实验条件下,采用水下爆炸法对其进行测试.结果表明,玻璃微球含量对乳化炸药水下爆炸能量有较大影响,在一定范围内,随着玻璃微球含量的增加,乳化炸药水下爆炸各能量参数逐渐变大.当玻璃微球质量分数为4%时,其水下爆炸能量输出最大,若玻璃微球含量继续增加则乳化炸药水下爆炸能量随之降低.

Abstract: To study the influence of glass microsphere content on underwater explosion energy of emulsion explosives, emulsion matrix was mixed with 2%,3%,4%,5% and 6% glass microspheres respectively to make five kinds of emulsion explosives, and underwater explosions were tested under the same experimental conditions. Results show that glass microsphere content has a great influence on underwater explosion energy of emulsion explosives, and that the energy parameters of underwater explosion rise with the increase of glass microsphere content within a certain range. When the mass fraction of glass microspheres is 4%, underwater explosion energy output of emulsion explosives reaches maximum, and underwater explosion energy decreases when the glass microspheres content further increases.
