中性溶液中过氧化氢的检测

Detection of hydrogen peroxide in neutral solution

摘要: 制备了醋酸纤维素(CA)/普鲁士蓝(PB)复合膜修饰玻碳电极(CA/PB/GCE),用于过氧化氢(H2O2)检测.该修饰电极在中性缓冲液中对H2O2表现出良好的催化响应.005 mol/L的PBS缓冲液中(pH 70, 01 mol/L KCl作为支持电解质),在-02 V的恒定电势下,使用该修饰电极采用时间电流法测定不同浓度的H2O2, 在10 × 10-5~25 × 10-4 mol/L的浓度范围内,响应电流和H2O2浓度间呈现出良好的线性关系,线性相关系数0999 4,检出限达22×10-6mol/L(信噪比为3),灵敏度为190 mA·L·cm-2·mol-1.此外,该电极还表现出良好的操作稳定性.

Abstract: Glassy carbon electrode modified by cellulose-acetate-covered Prussian blue was fabricated as a novel hydrogen peroxide sensor. The modified electrode showed an excellent electrocatalytic activity for H2O2 reduction in neutral solutions. H2O2 was thus detected amperometrically in pH 70 phosphate buffer solutions at an applied potential of -0.2 V (vs SCE). The response current was proportional to the concentration of H2O2 in the range of 1.0×10-5~2.5×10-4 mol/L with the detection limit of 22×10-6 mol/L at a signal to noise ratio of 3, RSD=0999 4. The sensitivity was estimated to be 190 mA·L·cm-2·mol-1. In addition, the modified electrode exhibited an excellent operational stability.
